Establishes the Utility Worker Protection Act of 2025, making assault or battery of a utility worker a felony.

The Utility Worker Protection Act of 2025 defines "utility worker" as anyone employed or contracted to provide utility services. It establishes that assault or battery of a utility worker is a felony. This law does not replace other acts but adds to them. The act will become effective on November 1, 2025.
