Oklahoma HB2806 requires the Oklahoma House of Representatives and the Oklahoma State Senate to develop and implement a system for drafting and considering any legislative measure or amendment. If a measure or amendment references an Oklahoma statute not included in the text, it must provide a hyperlink or similar method to access the content of the referenced statutory provisions. This act excludes enrolled versions from this requirement and will become effective on November 1, 2026.
