Clarifies that obstructing a law enforcement officer is a misdemeanor and allows recording in public areas.

This bill amends Oklahoma's obstruction of justice law to specify that willfully delaying or obstructing a public officer in their duties is a misdemeanor. It also clarifies that recording law enforcement activities in public areas is allowed, as long as it does not interfere with the officer's duties. The changes take effect on a specified date.
