Oklahoma HB2732 amends the definition of "divorce" to "dissolution of marriage" in Oklahoma Statutes and court documents. It directs the Oklahoma Bar Association to prepare standard forms for dissolution of marriage, annulment of marriage, and legal separation, titled "In re the Marriage of _______ and ______" in plain language. The Administrative Office of the Courts will provide public access to these forms on the Oklahoma State Courts Network, though their use is not mandatory. The act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
