Oklahoma HB2724 modifies the Oklahoma Surplus Property Act by permitting the donation of surplus vehicles from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol to law enforcement agencies. The donated vehicles must be used for valid law enforcement efforts by the receiving agency. The bill also exempts certain entities from the provisions of the Oklahoma Surplus Property Act for surplus property disposed of before November 1, 2006. This act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
