Oklahoma HB2463 modifies license renewal procedures to allow automatic renewal of state-issued licenses.

Oklahoma HB2463 establishes that state-issued licenses will automatically renew 90 days after expiration if the licensee submitted a renewal application meeting all requirements before the expiration date and remains in good standing with the relevant agency. "In good standing" means the licensee had a valid license at the time of the application.
