Oklahoma HB2439 amends the Oklahoma State Government Asset Reduction and Cost Savings Program to exempt the Oklahoma Historical Society from its requirements. The bill also exempts the Oklahoma Historical Society from the Long-Range Capital Planning Commission's approval for real property transfers. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services must notify and obtain approval from the Oklahoma Historical Society before selling any state-owned property. The act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
