Oklahoma HB2387 amends the Commission for Rehabilitation Services by increasing its membership from five to seven. The Governor will appoint two members for three-year terms, the Speaker of the House will appoint one member for two years, and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate will appoint one member for one year. The Commission will also include two additional members appointed by the Governor and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, each for three-year terms. Members can be reappointed and must take a constitutional oath before assuming office.
