Courts Reform Act of 2025 establishes new court reforms in Oklahoma, effective November 1, 2025.

The Courts Reform Act of 2025 introduces new reforms to Oklahoma's court system. This act, which will not be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes, sets forth changes and updates to the judicial processes and court operations. The Courts Reform Act of 2025 is scheduled to take effect on November 1, 2025.
