Oklahoma HB2242 amends the Inspired to Teach Program to include scholarships for advanced degrees and employment incentives for certain educators.

Oklahoma HB2242 amends the Inspired to Teach Program to include scholarships for advanced degrees in school counseling, speech pathology, special education, and school administration. The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education will establish and maintain an incentive scholarship program and teacher employment incentive program. Scholarships are renewable for up to three additional years for graduate students meeting academic progress standards.
