Oklahoma HB2241 introduces a new income tax credit for firearm safety devices. This credit applies to purchases of items like safes, gun safes, gun cases, and lock boxes. The credit cannot reduce the taxpayer's liability to less than zero and unused credits can be carried over for up to five years. The law takes effect on January 1, 2026.
