Oklahoma HB2193 authorizes cost-of-living increases for certain retirees in various public retirement systems.

Oklahoma HB2193 provides cost-of-living increases for retirees in the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System, the Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System, the Uniform Retirement System for Justices and Judges, the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System, the Teachers' Retirement System, and the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System. Effective July 1, 2025, retirees with a gross retirement benefit of less than $90,000 will receive an 8% increase, while those with a benefit between $90,000 and $97,199.99 will receive an increase necessary to reach $97,200.
