Oklahoma HB2110 amends the Compete with Canada Film Act to establish the Oklahoma Film Enhancement Rebate Program. The rebate program is funded by the Oklahoma Film Enhancement Rebate Program Revolving Fund. To qualify, production companies must meet certain criteria, including spending a minimum budget in Oklahoma and employing Oklahoma residents. The rebate amount increases by 2% if the production company uses music created by an Oklahoma resident.
