Oklahoma HB2069 repeals toll booth fines for damaging toll houses or exceeding speed limits in toll zones.

Oklahoma HB2069 repeals two sections of state law related to toll booth fines. It removes the penalty for injury to toll houses or turnpike gates under 21 O.S. 2021, Section 1755, and the fine for exceeding the speed limit in toll booth zones under 47 O.S. 2021, Section 11-806.2. The changes will take effect on November 1, 2025.
