Oklahoma HB2058 amends the Protection from Domestic Abuse Act to clarify who can seek relief, including victims of domestic abuse, stalking, harassment, rape, and members of the immediate family of a victim of first-degree murder. It also modifies the fees collected in criminal cases, including traffic violations and misdemeanors, and specifies where these fees are credited, such as to the Sheriff's Service Fee Account, the Oklahoma Impaired Driver Database Revolving Fund, and the Trauma Care Assistance Revolving Fund.
