Oklahoma HB2025 allows counties to publish legal notices online, in addition to traditional newspaper methods.

Oklahoma HB2025 amends the sufficiency of publication of legal notices by counties, allowing them to publish notices online. Legal notices must appear on a dedicated webpage for legal notices, easily identifiable and accessible from the county website homepage. The online notices must be displayed for the same required period as newspaper publications. This act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
