Oklahoma HB1970 modifies the Filmed in Oklahoma Act of 2021 to revise incentive amounts for film and television productions. The bill specifies that the base incentive is 25% of the main crew principal photography days filmed at a qualified soundstage facility. Additional incentives include 2% for projects with at least 25% of main crew principal photography days filmed on location, excluding sound stage production, in a municipality with digital intermediate processing, audio post-production, or graphics services.
