Oklahoma HB1855 requires the Office of Emergency Management to contract with a vendor for a statewide Stormwater Management Predictive Analytic Solution. The bill also mandates the creation of a report summarizing and analyzing trends from the solution's data. The act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
