Oklahoma HB1812 sets forth regulations for supervising physicians who oversee Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs). Eligible supervising physicians must hold a full and unrestricted Oklahoma medical license, a valid permit to prescribe controlled drugs, and a written agreement with each APRN. The supervising physician must report changes in the supervision relationship to the Board within fourteen days. The Board is prohibited from charging fees for maintaining supervision records.
