Oklahoma HB1781 limits the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority's advertising to printed or electronic billing statements, its own websites and social media, and on-road signage within a one-and-one-half-mile limit. It prohibits ads on television, radio, print newspapers, and third-party digital platforms, and on signage or structures beyond the specified limit. The act allows advertising for construction-related project bids. The law takes effect November 1, 2025.
