Oklahoma HB1750 prohibits pregnant women with a medical marijuana license from using marijuana.

Oklahoma HB1750 amends the state statutes to prohibit pregnant women who have been issued a medical marijuana patient license from using marijuana. The bill defines "marijuana" as per Section 2-101 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes. This act is set to become effective on November 1, 2025.
