This includes full-time public school district employees, correctional teachers, vocational instructors, and teachers employed by the Office of Juvenile Affairs. The leave is in addition to sick leave due to pregnancy. Eligible employees must have worked at least 1,250 hours in the preceding twelve months and have been employed for at least one year.
