Authorizes peace officers to dispute reports of misconduct, directing the Office of the Attorney General to refer petitions to an administrative law judge. If the administrative law judge finds the allegations are not supported by a preponderance of the evidence, the law enforcement agency and attorney for the state may not rely on the allegations. The law also codifies these procedures and sets an effective date of November 1, 2025.
