Oklahoma HB1548 establishes a lien for the fair rental value on a manufactured home if the owner does not exercise control for 30 days.

Oklahoma HB1548 creates a lien for the fair rental value on a manufactured home if the owner does not exercise control over it for 30 days. This applies to property owners and those who allow the use of real property for the manufactured home. The lien can be enforced in the same manner as other liens. The new law will be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 97.1 of Title 42.
