Oklahoma HB1545 establishes the County Fair Modernization Act, requiring Board of Directors members to attend over 50% of meetings or cease holding.

Oklahoma HB1545, known as the County Fair Modernization Act, mandates that members of the County Free Fair Association Board of Directors must attend more than 50% of all meetings or cease to hold office. The bill also allows members to take a recommended training course offered by Oklahoma State University's extension office, delivered online, to better serve in their elected position. This act will become effective November 1, 2025.
