Oklahoma HB1495 establishes a fee waiver for children of parents with disabilities in higher education.

Oklahoma HB1495, known as the College Fee Waiver for Children of Parents with Disabilities Act, provides a waiver of all fees for eligible children attending institutions of higher education. The waiver applies to children of parents with disabilities as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Eligible children can receive the waiver for up to four years of undergraduate study or until the completion of a bachelor's degree, whichever occurs first, provided they maintain good academic standing. The waiver is not affected by the child's living circumstances.
