Oklahoma HB1457 prohibits centralized mail delivery and devices in new one and two-family dwelling neighborhoods and townhouse neighborhoods, except in cases where the developer or majority of residents have elected to install centralized mail delivery. It also allows for such devices in county, municipal right-of-way, or easement if approved by local government and does not exceed 62 inches in height. The act prohibits local governments from adopting additional requirements for centralized mail delivery and exempts zoned historical districts. The act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
