Oklahoma HB1410 modifies the election dates for school district board members, setting the general election for the first Tuesday after the first Monday of November in even-numbered years and the first second Tuesday of April November in odd-numbered years. The primary election is scheduled for the second Tuesday in February. Candidates must file declarations of candidacy between 8:00 a.m. on the first Monday and 5:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday in December April. The bill also requires candidates to list their political party affiliation or nonpartisan status on the ballot.
