Oklahoma HB1358 amends the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act to clarify the manner in which firearms may be carried on public college, university, and technology center school property. It authorizes the carry of concealed handguns into or upon public college, university, and technology center school property by individuals with a valid handgun license, subject to certain exceptions. The bill also allows public colleges, universities, and technology center schools to prohibit certain persons from carrying concealed handguns into event venues.
