Oklahoma HB1331 amends trespass laws to include willful damage to critical infrastructure facilities.

Oklahoma HB1331 amends the state's trespass laws to include willful damage, destruction, vandalism, defacement, or tampering with equipment in critical infrastructure facilities. Such acts are now classified as felonies, punishable by fines up to $100,000, imprisonment for up to ten years, or both. The bill also expands the definition of critical infrastructure facilities to include various types of infrastructure, such as electric power lines, chemical manufacturing facilities, water treatment plants, natural gas facilities, telecommunications infrastructure, and more.
