Oklahoma HB1330 establishes the Task Force for the Study of Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws. The task force will consist of thirteen members who own businesses with an Alcoholic Beverages Laws Enforcement Commission license. Three members will be appointed by the Governor. The task force will study Oklahoma's alcoholic beverage laws, focusing on the feasibility of the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission maintaining and storing records off license premises.
