Oklahoma HB1303 prohibits government entities from using public funds to pay for non-disclosure agreements in settlements.

Oklahoma HB1303 bans state and local government entities from using public funds to settle claims with non-disclosure agreements, whether or not the claim is part of a civil lawsuit. This act codifies the prohibition in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4601 of Title 62, effective November 1, 2025.
