Oklahoma HB1302 amends the election process for Presidential Electors to be based on proportional votes. The bill modifies 26 O.S. 2021, Section 10-103, to ensure that electors are chosen in proportion to the votes they received statewide in the general election. This change reallocates certain votes and establishes that no electoral votes shall be awarded to any nominee that has received less than fifteen percent of the votes.
