Oklahoma HB1270 amends the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act to modify the license renewal and application processes. It requires that any licensee, except an employee licensee, who fails to renew their license prior to its expiration date be subject to a late renewal penalty. If a license is not renewed within sixty days of its expiration, the licensee must submit a new license application.
