Oklahoma HB1260 amends consumer credit laws to allow surcharges for credit and debit card payments and requires these charges to be listed separately.

Oklahoma HB1260 modifies consumer credit laws to permit sellers to pass on credit and debit card processing fees to customers. These fees must be listed as a separate line item on the customer's receipt. The changes apply to all consumer credit sales transactions and take effect November 1, 2025.
