Oklahoma HB1175 amends the Oklahoma Solicitation of Charitable Contributions Act to modify the registration fees for charitable organizations. Charitable organizations must register annually with the Secretary of State and provide detailed information about their operations, including financial data and the names and addresses of officers and employees. The bill sets a fee of $65 for organizations expecting contributions over $10,000 and $15 for those expecting less, with portions of the fee going to various state funds. The act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
