Oklahoma HB1167 allows members of the active uniform services of the United States and their spouses to serve as poll workers in Oklahoma.

Oklahoma HB1167 permits members of the active uniform services of the United States on a temporary duty assignment in Oklahoma, and their spouses, to serve as poll workers in any county of the state. This applies regardless of their home of record. The bill codifies this provision in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 7-140 of Title 26. The law will take effect on November 1, 2025.
