Oklahoma HB1116 allows automatic voter registration for applicants interacting with Service Oklahoma and pre-registration for minors.

Oklahoma HB1116 amends voter registration procedures to allow automatic voter registration for applicants interacting with Service Oklahoma and pre-registration for minors over 16. Minors who interact with Service Oklahoma can pre-register to vote, and upon turning 18, they will be automatically registered. The State Election Board and Service Oklahoma are granted rulemaking authority to implement this process. The act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
