Oklahoma HB1111 directs the Department of Human Services to develop and implement simplified certification and recertification requirements for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits. The bill increases the allowable medical expense deduction for households with elderly or disabled individuals, up to $175 per individual and $350 per household. These changes apply to applications and recertifications filed on or after November 1, 2025.
