Oklahoma HB1110 repeals the requirement for notice of filing a petition for name changes.

Oklahoma HB1110 repeals 12 O.S. 2021, Section 1633, which previously required notice to be given when filing a petition for name changes. This change eliminates the need for such notice, simplifying the name change process. The act will take effect on November 1, 2025.
