Oklahoma HB1093 requires wind energy facilities to lease and distribute royalties equally to landowners within 1,800 feet of wind turbines.

Oklahoma HB1093 mandates that wind energy facilities must lease and distribute royalties equally to all landowners with properties within 1,800 feet of the base of any wind turbine in operation.
