Oklahoma HB1068 prohibits state entities from entering into agreements that restrict disclosure of payments made to businesses.

Oklahoma HB1068 prohibits state governmental entities and public trusts from entering into agreements that would restrict the disclosure of payments made to businesses using incentives, tax credits, or direct payments. Exceptions are made if the information to be disclosed is proprietary, such as trade secrets, input costs, labor costs, or profit margins. The act codifies this prohibition in the Oklahoma Statutes and becomes effective November 1, 2025.
