Oklahoma HB1063, known as the Anti-Fungi Act of 2025, amends landlord and tenant law to include new requirements for landlords. Landlords must make timely repairs and begin mold treatment within three business days of a report, completing treatment within seven business days. If mold levels exceed 0.1 mcg per 100 cm2, landlords must disclose this to tenants before a rental agreement begins. Violations result in covering tenant medical bills from mold exposure and a fine up to $1,000. The act takes effect on a specified date.
