Oklahoma HB1060, the Oklahoma Uniform Easement Relocation Act of 2025, allows a servient estate owner to relocate an easement if it does not lessen its utility, increase burden on the easement holder, impair its purpose, or disrupt its use and enjoyment. The relocation must not impair safety, physical condition, or value of the dominant estate or collateral of a security-interest holder. The act applies to easements established by express grant or reservation or by other methods but excludes public-utility, conservation, and negative easements.
