Oklahoma HB1050, known as the Efficient Parking Act, prohibits political subdivisions from imposing minimum parking mandates for residential, commercial, or industrial properties within their jurisdiction. This act does not affect ordinances or laws related to disability parking spaces. The act will become effective November 1, 2025.
