Oklahoma HB1043 declares driver licenses issued to undocumented immigrants by other states as invalid in Oklahoma.

Oklahoma HB1043, known as the Respect for Citizens Act of 2025, declares driver licenses issued by other states to undocumented immigrants as invalid in Oklahoma. Law enforcement officers must issue citations to drivers with such invalid licenses. To assist enforcement, law enforcement agencies must maintain a list of invalid out-of-state licenses on their websites. The act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
