Extends the sunset date of the State Board of Behavioral Health Licensure in Oklahoma to July 1, 2026.

The bill amends the Oklahoma Sunset Law to extend the sunset date of the State Board of Behavioral Health Licensure from July 1, 2025, to July 1, 2026. The Board, which oversees professional counseling, marital and family therapist, and behavioral practitioner licensing, will continue its duties under the Licensed Professional Counselors Act. Members of the Board, appointed by the Governor with Senate consent, include licensed professional counselors, family and marital therapists, behavioral practitioners, and public representatives.
