The bill amends the Oklahoma Sunset Law to extend the sunset date of the State Board of Examiners of Psychologists from July 1, 2025, to July 1, 2026. The Board, consisting of seven members, is responsible for administering the provisions of the Psychologists Licensing Act. Five members are licensed psychologists from various areas, and two are lay persons. The Governor appoints the members from a list of ten licensed psychologists.
