A concurrent resolution directs the Legislative Management to study election and political party activities in legislative districts containing.

The resolution directs the Legislative Management to study election and political party activities in legislative districts containing tribal lands. The study will consider whether modifications to electoral practices are necessary to ensure every qualified elector can freely participate in voting. It will also examine how recent litigation has affected the redistricting of legislative district boundaries. The Legislative Management must report its findings and recommendations to the next legislative assembly.
