Prohibits the legislative assembly from proposing certain amendments to article XV of the Constitution of North Dakota.

This bill amends the Constitution of North Dakota to set term limits for members of the legislative assembly and statewide elected officers. It limits members of the house of representatives to eight cumulative years and senators to twelve cumulative years. It also limits statewide executive officers to twelve cumulative years, except for the governor and lieutenant governor, who are limited to eight cumulative years. The bill prohibits the legislative assembly from proposing constitutional amendments relating to term limits.
